MAS-CON® Products

 

The MAS-CON® product line consists of mass-terminated insulation displacement contact (IDC) connectors and mating headers and a broad line of application tooling. The connectors can be terminated to discrete wire or flat cable:

  • Available in .100" cl and .156" cl contact spacing:
    • .100" cl can accommodate up to 4 Amps per contact and is available in 2 through 36 circuit sizes
    • .156" cl can accommodate between 8 and 12.5 Amps per contact and is available in 2 through 24 circuit sizes
  • Connectors available for through or end terminations.
  • Wire retainers on connectors hold wire in place prior to termination.
  • Color-coded to identify proper wire gauge.
  • Flat, polarized, and locking header styles available in straight and right angle configurations.
  • Accessories available: covers, strain reliefs, polarizing keys, termination tooling and related items.
  • Significant labor savings achieved via Pancon's unique termination tooling.
